Our store primarily offers digital products, including ebooks, digital artwork, posters, graphics, videos, music, and other downloadable content. Because these products are delivered electronically, our return and refund policy is different from that of physical products.

Digital Products

All digital products are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped unless a product description specifically states otherwise.

Because digital products cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally final once the digital product has been accessed or downloaded.

Please review the product description, file format, available sizes, and other product information before completing your purchase.

Problems With Your Digital Download

We want you to receive the product you purchased.

If you experience a technical problem accessing, opening, or downloading your purchased digital product, please contact us at hello@christabove.com.

Please provide your order number and briefly explain the problem you're experiencing. We will make reasonable efforts to help you access the product you purchased.

Duplicate Purchases or Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same product or believe there was an error with your transaction, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will review the transaction and, where appropriate, correct the error or issue a refund.

Refund Requests

Digital purchases are generally non-refundable after the product has been accessed or downloaded.

However, Christ Above may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, including circumstances involving duplicate charges, technical problems that cannot reasonably be resolved, or other circumstances where a refund may be required under applicable law.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
